Collective intelligence for transport networks
Your passengers report what’s happening — on the platform or on board — AI validates it instantly, and your operations respond sooner. All inside your app, under your brand.
Credentials that speak for themselves
The app, in your hands
Four real product moments, with your brand where you now see ours. The demo advances on its own — tap a step to stay on it.
What your operation gains
PULSO turns your passengers into the largest sensor network you could ever deploy — and every piece of the product translates into a concrete result.
Sensors and cameras don’t cover every concourse, entrance, platform or carriage. Your passengers are already there. Every validated report is operational visibility you don’t have today — without installing a single device.
The validated incident reaches your control centre in the moment, not once the complaints pile up. Acting earlier always costs less.
One proactive alert with an alternative route prevents hundreds of identical queries at ticket offices, phone lines and social media.
A heat map of incidents by station, line and time slot: maintenance and resources prioritised with evidence.
Honest real-time information plus rewards in your points programme: trust that turns into recurring use of your app.
PULSO is a white-label SDK: it integrates into the app you already have, with your identity on every screen and no extra download for the passenger. No never-ending development project, no new team to maintain.
Validation under ISO 42001-certified governance, aligned with the EU AI Act: decisions you can trace before audits and committees.
A broken lift doesn’t affect everyone equally. Accessibility alerts reach the people who need them most, alternative route included.
From paper to the tracks
PULSO is the winning entry of the open innovation challenge run by a major national rail operator in Spain. Today we are building the pilot together on its commuter network: door-to-door navigation, collaborative reports at stations and on board, AI validation wired into its management systems, and rewards tied to its points programme. No inflated promises: we’ll show you exactly where it stands.
Under the hood
Built for the team that will have to integrate it, run it and defend it: cloud-native architecture, real two-way integration, and AI with certified governance.
Metrics from our modules already deployed in production with real clients.
Native performance and experience, high-precision geolocation with optimised battery use, and built-in maps. Embeds in your app under your brand.
Your official data feeds the validation engine; validated incidents flow back into your management systems and control centre. APIs and events, not files by email.
Multi-signal validation (official data + simultaneous reports + reputation), anomaly detection and predictive alerts, with managed model lifecycle.
Microservices on Kubernetes with autoscaling: grow from a pilot to your whole network without redesign. Multi-operator and multi-network by default.
WebSocket communication and high-delivery push notifications: the alert arrives while it can still change the passenger’s decision.
Development and operations under ISO 27001, ISO 42001 AI governance aligned with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and continuous monitoring.
Multimodal by design
We were born on the railway, but the model — report, validate, respond — works on any network with stations, terminals and vehicles.
Commuter, regional, metro and tram. Our home turf.
Platforms · concourses · on boardUrban and intercity, with stops and stations as reporting hotspots.
Stops · interchanges · on boardAirports and airlines: queues, access, boarding and connections in real time.
Terminals · gates · flightsPorts, ferry lines and regular crossings — the same collective intelligence, on the water.
Ports · boarding · crossingsThe questions operators ask us
The same doubts come up in every meeting. Here are our answers, no beating about the bush.
It’s every operator’s first question, and the reason our validation engine exists. No report reaches other passengers or your operation on its own: it’s cross-checked against your official data, against simultaneous reports from other users at the same spot, and against the reporter’s reputation history, while abuse patterns are analysed.
Our validator has a track record of 94% anti-fraud accuracy in production. Low-confidence reports simply don’t get published.
No. PULSO is a white-label SDK that embeds in the app you already have, with your brand on every screen — the passenger downloads nothing new and never knows a third party is behind it. If you don’t have your own app yet, we address that scenario as part of the project.
We’re talking weeks, not years, because the core modules already exist and are in production. Integration is phased: first the SDK in your app, then the API connection to your official data, and finally the two-way integration with your control centre and loyalty programme. Each phase delivers value on its own.
Everything runs on REST APIs, WebSockets and events — we don’t ask you to replace any existing system.
The platform delivers value from day one even if nobody reports: door-to-door navigation and alerts built on your official data. Community reports enrich that foundation — they don’t replace it.
To accelerate participation, gamification plugs into your points programme: reporting earns real rewards. And the model is self-sustaining — the more people take part, the more useful the information becomes, which attracts more people.
You do. Your operational data and the data generated by your passengers belong to the operator; PULSO acts as a data processor under the GDPR, with a processing agreement that defines uses and safeguards. The intellectual property of the platform and its algorithms is ours; your data is yours.
Familiar ground: we operate under ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 42001 (AI management), with development aligned with the EU AI Act. AI validation is traceable — you can explain to audits and committees why an incident was published or discarded — and data processing is governed by the GDPR with the safeguards of the processing agreement.
The core modules — high-concurrency geolocation, push, gamification, ML validation — have been deployed in production with real clients for over two years (TRL 7), with 99.7% uptime in 24/7 operation.
And the most demanding validation of all: PULSO won the public innovation competition of a major national rail operator, with whose team we are now building the pilot on its commuter network. We’ll tell you exactly where it stands — no smoke.
The model is SaaS per monthly active user, with the full platform, updates and support included — plus optional aggregated-data services and bespoke integrations. The figure depends on your network’s size and scope, so the honest approach is to size it with you: we leave the demo with an estimate for your specific case.
